Welcome Thomas Skoglund to SMP Parts as Strategic Purchaser!
We are pleased to welcome Thomas Skoglund to SMP Parts as Strategic Purchaser, starting September 1.
Thomas brings extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, having worked with companies such as Ericsson, Mekanotjänst, and Sunfab. Most recently, he spent nearly five years at Engcon, with a focus on sourcing of hydraulic components, including valves, manifolds, and cylinders, as well as casted and machined components from external suppliers.
With strong expertise in supplier development, strategic procurement, and cost optimization, Thomas will play an important role in our continued development. His experience with cast components will help accelerate SMP’s initiatives in this area, where we see significant potential for both efficiency improvements and cost savings.
